About Me
I’ve always been interested in photography, but it’s in the last 5 years that I’ve really pursued this by attending workshops from a number of different photographers, avidly learning from web based tutorials and generally soaking up information to develop and extend my skills.
I’m originally from Tauranga but with my nursing background I have spent the majority of my working life in Hamilton where I am still based.
Having played sports for years, I now direct this interest to capturing athletes both in action and portrait styles. I have a particular love of volleyball but find all sport interesting and exciting when behind a camera.
Whether it be sport, a family shoot, a wedding or a portrait session, it involves people. That’s where the opportunity arises to capture that moment which holds meaning for that person.
